Surface modification of membranes was carried out by dual magnetron sputtering of Ti and Si targets in Ar+N2 atmosphere. The modification duration was varied out between 3, 10, 20 and 40 min. In vitro biocompatibility tests of PVDF membranes showed a non-linear dependence on modification duration.
