Such cities, which have one or several city-forming enterprises, are called “monotowns”. A monotown is a complex structure in which the town and the city-forming enterprises are closely related. The constructed multifactor dynamic model in the article allows to organize the process of managing a small business by influencing all of its microindicators using the monotown’s mesoindicators.
