It was established that the coatings of the powder cathodes contain nanocrystalline components, have ultrahigh hardness and wear resistance, and have a low coefficient of friction against steel. The surface roughness of the coatings deposited by evaporation of the experimental powder cathodes is significantly less than that of coatings deposited during simultaneous separate evaporation of single-element titanium and aluminum cathodes..Bibliography: [References: 9 tit.].Audience: .Subject: Online Resources:Click here to access online
